5. Processing of video surveillance data (security).
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
At TTR ENERGÍA LOGÍSTICA GLOBAL S.L. we process the information provided by interested parties in order to guarantee the security of people, goods and facilities using video surveillance systems. If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to fulfil the functions described above.

How long will we keep your data?
The data will be kept for a maximum of 30 days, unless they are communicated to Security Forces and/or Courts and Tribunals.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
We indicate the legal basis for the processing of your data:
- Mission in the public interest: Processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority vested in the controller (RGPD art. 6.1.e), as stated in the “Guide on the use of video cameras for security and other purposes”, published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The data will be communicated to the following recipients:
- Where appropriate, the State security forces and bodies, as well as Courts and Tribunals, in order to provide the images if a crime has been committed (legal requirement).
